Through a blend of somatic & devotional touch, vocal toning and breath, energetic unwinding, breast and belly massage, shame-release practices, and gentle dearmouring, you’ll be guided into a soft yet powerful homecoming with your body.

You’ll be guided into a tender softening…a thawing of what has been held too long…a remembering of the sacred intelligence living beneath your skin.
