About the event
This will be a 3 part journey and an evening of cleansing and community. First we each sit with Sananga - a non-psychoactive, sacred medicine to prepare us for the second part of our journey - the Cold Plunge. Each of these modalities will naturally increase the endorphines in your body, flush out unhealthy levels of the stress hormone & regulate your physical and energetic body back into a peaceful and re-aligned space. Finally we sit together in circle, sharing our experiences, joys, encounters etc. over a warm cup of heart opening Cacao.
