We will move slowly and in deep reverence to allow the language and story of our breasts to be heard, felt and honoured. 

This practice will open the waterways of lymph and help bring in flow, circulation and release.  

• Energetically, they our breasts are “feelers” like antennae ,  constantly reading the emotional field.

• They hold memory. Not just your own, but inherited maternal grief, the milk never given, the touch never received.

• Oxytocin; the hormone released through breast touch, nursing, or loving contact , creates safety, bonding, and softness.

• Breast massage reduces cortisol, supports lymphatic flow, and even contributes to improved hormonal regulation via estrogen modulation.
