🌿 Join Monica Guerreiro & guest facilitator, Jessi Hoey for a transformative microdose workshop where nature and creativity intertwine. Set by the serene riverside, this experience is designed to guide you through a journey of inner exploration and playful discovery. Outdoor location TBD but will be in the Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice area.
🧘♀️ Meditation: Begin with a gentle mycelium meditation to ground into the frequency of the medicine, inviting the river’s soothing energy to harmonize your mind and body.
💃 Playful Exploration Movement: Engage in a fluid, joyful movement practice that encourages spontaneity and connection with your surroundings, awakening your inner child.
✍️ Intuitive Writing: Conclude with an intuitive writing session, capturing the insights and inspirations that flow through you in this sacred space.
