SACRED HEART: 30 Day Cacao Dieta

This is a 30 day devotional container with the heart medicine, Cacao. 

Each week we combine one of the 4 elements and infuse it into our cacao ceremony for a specific focus and ignition to guide us along our growth and deepen our connection to the medicine. We will meet for 4 weekly, online cacao ceremonies  and share in our week's reflections as well as set in new intentions that build on the last and continue to build a beautiful, sacred relationship with the heart medicine of Grandmother Cacao.

WHY CACAO?

Over 300 identifiable chemical compounds can be found in cacao — and those are only the identifiable compounds! Underneath its scientific surface, we also have the plant’s mystical and spiritual components to consider. Beyond  simply looking at the science behind cacao, it is important to note  that cacao is a food containing ancient wisdom and intelligence.

ANANDAMIDE — Known as the bliss molecule.  THEOBROMINE -stimulates the heart and dilates the cardiovascular system, contains tons  of antioxidants and anti-bacterial properties, and even acts as an  aphrodisiac.  PHENYLETHYLAMINE (PEA) — Called the love chemical.  SEROTONIN — Commonly known as the feel-good chemical, serotonin helps us combat stress and improve our mood.  Other honourable mentions include MAO Inhibitors, Magnesium, Iron.
